Building and managing Uptime Labs' platform through multiple iterations

Uptime Labs engaged WeShape to help with building and maintaining their platform across many different iterations, pivoting to meet different business goals, including development of new product features and the overarching user interface / experience for a B2B service.

About Uptime Labs:

Uptime Labs is a realistic IT incident simulation platform, leveraging conversational and generative AI to recreate realistic IT system failures with all the socio-technical parameters that happen in real life.

The Goal:

Uptime Labs required assistance with their platform throughout different stages of their product journey, including making the platform viable, adjusting the platform and implementing new features based on user feedback, as well as integrating AI into the platform.

Outcome:

• Partnered with product engineering team working to deliver end-to-end solutions and turn the platform into a viable product
• Worked closely with the customer success team to identify improvement areas and implement new features
• Helped drive the AI team to integrate AI into the main product and proved it’s visible to run drills with AI
• Improved engineering standards and supported on architecture design of AI

This is a continued engagement with WeShape providing architecture guidance, new feature development and support of the proprietary platform.
