WeShape will capture requirements, including:

  • Key dependencies and considerations
  • Sign off criteria
  • Key stakeholders / sponsors

Scope & Define

We will work from discovery to formulate a full statement of work (SOW) including:

WeShape will build a statement of work, leveraging our iterative delivery framework, including:

  • 12 week cycles
  • Bi-weekly / monthly deliverables
  • Weekly review
  • Daily standups

This will capture key requirements, considerations and any change criteria

Solution Delivery

We will engage our network  within 48 hours, leveraging either UK or Nearshore delivery capabilities.

  • Associate network engaged - within 48hrs
  • Technical review - Director of Technology Consulting / domain expert
  • Customer approval - Reviewed by customer project sponsor
  • Mobilisation - 3-4 weeks from project confirmation (Flexibility sometimes required due to associate availability)

Project Implementation

WeShape Consultants deployed 3-4 weeks from project confirmation delivering to the agreed statement of work (SOW).

WeShape technical squads will be on boarded with defined Ways of Working / communication channels and cadences set up.

WeShape Lead consultant to act as key liaison between WeShape and Client for all delivery.

Expectation is to integrate seamlessly with the Client team and respective vendor partners.

Project Management & Reporting

Deliverables reviewed through weekly sprints, monthly business reporting ensuring technical and business alignment.

WeShape defined Ways of Working agreeing:

  • Standups
