David Reed - Chief Knowledge Officer and Evangelist, DataIQ

With a wealth of experience within Data and Analytics, David is currently the Chief Knowledge Officer and Evangelist, responsible for the knowledge output and delivery across DataIQ. He is also the author of 'Winning with AI' and 'Becoming Data Literate', and will be leading our panel discussion on the AI ROI Equation.

Cindy Weng - Sr. Technical Specialist (Data & AI), Microsoft

Cindy has over a decade of experience in data, AI, and cloud computing. She started her career in research at Northwestern University in Chicago and IBM before joining the industry world. She has since built advanced machine learning algorithms at Deloitte, led consumer data science at HelloFresh, and innovated using disruptive technologies at BCG Digital Ventures. At Microsoft, she has helped many organizations create and improve their AI platforms in the cloud, focusing on scalability and repeatability using MLOps and LLMOps. Her passion is to help anyone and everyone with their AI strategy.

Venus Bailey - Principal Enterprise Architect, Cabinet Office Digital

Venus's career has been anchored by a dedication to leveraging technology and innovation to support organisations in achieving their business goals. With extensive experience across multiple technology and telecommunications industries in four countries, she brings a wealth of expertise and a global perspective to both the private and public sectors.

As the current leader of the Enterprise & Solution Architecture Team within the Cabinet Office, Venus’s responsibilities encompass the modernisation of legacy IT systems and the application of innovative, modern technology to key transformation projects. She is a strong advocate for harnessing enterprise data to derive evidence-based business insights for the organisation.

Massimo Gibilaro - Director of Product and Technology, Thomson Reuters Foundation

With a passion and drive for innovation and users' centricity, data stewardship and accessibility, Massimo has over 20 years of international experience as a digital transformation leader with a focus on delivering highly usable products for key brands, integrated multi-channel experiences across different verticals.

Fatima Araujo - Data Science Group Leader, WiseTech Global

Having worked on a variety of data-driven business challenges across different tech stacks and industries, including finance, Fatima is always curious and eager to learn, and is passionate about data, technology, and tackling tough problems.

Luke Ashe-Brown - Director of Technology Consulting, WeShape

With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, and technology architecture, Luke specialises in high-performance architectures across various sectors including social gaming, media, fin-tech, prop tech, e-commerce, and web/mobile apps. Throughout his career, Luke has excelled in leadership roles, encompassing team and department leadership, hiring, mentoring, and business case design.
